Our Asbestos Abatement Commercial General Liability policy is written on an occurrence form and provides coverage for third party claims for bodily injury and property damage associated with asbestos abatement, encapsulation or enclosure.

• ISO Based Occurrence Commercial General Liability Coverage Form
• Contractual Liability coverage
• Temporary storage of asbestos materials on-site or at owned locations
• Coverage for incidental transportation of remediated asbestos
• Blanket or project-specific coverage
• Policy can be expanded to include incidental operations such as carpentry, insulation and painting
• Lead Abatement Liability can be included
• Contractor's Pollution Liability can be included
• Optional coverage for Mold Remediation

Premium and Limits:

Minimum Premium at $2,500
Deductible plans starting at $2,500

Limits up to $11 million on a blanket basis, or for individual projects additional capacity available.

Submission Requirements:

• Environmental Services Application
• Resumes from all key personnel
• Copies of Asbestos Licenses from all key Personnel
